Sleeping with Cake
Diane Borsato
Montreal, 1999

Description:
I was lonely and wondering if sleeping with comfort food might comfort me.  So I baked and bought 10 different cakes and slept with them for an entire night.

It was an eccentric experiment about discovering the location of comfort in comfort food.

Exhibition History:
The discreet performance was enacted in 1999, in my Rue du Fort apartment in Montreal.
