Artifacts in my Mouth

Description:
I was given permission to put museum artifacts in my mouth. I opened the vitrines with the technician, and was able to intimately experience the objects, with my tongue, lips, and sense of smell. Among the objects I was permitted to put in my mouth were a peacock’s head, an Egyptian statuette, a lasso, an unknown bone, and a model of the moon.
